WOW! Outstanding Customer Service Awards!
We all hear stories of really bad customer service, and certainly have our own horror tales to tell.
BUT, when was the last time you thought WOW!, that was really great customer service, and took the time to let the person or business know or recognise this service?
The Small Business Centre Bunbury –Wellington are now recognising staff and businesses for outstanding customer service. The WOW Award for Outstanding Customer Service will be presented to those businesses, that go the extra mile for their customers, whether it be by personal service, or excellent phone service.
If you know of a business or staff member who has the WOW factor, please email us and we will present them with a WOW certificate to proudly display in their business.
